This workshop will focus on how to shift our energy, awareness, and commitment to dietary change and cleansing. Through a focus on the physiology of digestion, absorption and elimination, and the energetic anatomy of our relationship with food, we will begin to use the ageless philosophy and practice of yoga to bring ourselves back into balance.

for two Have you ever wondered how you could relieve the head, neck or back pain of a loved one? Bring a partner and join us for an afternoon of learning therapeutic touch, and specific techniques to help head, neck and back pain. No previous experience is required, but you will need to call prior to class to go over health history and any specific concerns. In the course of the day you will receive about an hour and a half of bodywork.

Creating Sacred Space with Saiamit
Saiamit, a vedic astrologer and Vastu consultant has been working in private homes, government and corporate offices for 17 years to help them harmonize their surroundings with the ancient teachings of Vastu. In India, entire communities and homes used to be created with the idea of living in divine harmony with the specific energetic flow of nature. In modern times we have gotten away from these concepts and experience a loss of energy in our bodies, and difficult circumstances as a result. In this workshop he will ask participants to bring a photo of one room in your house where the energy needs to shift. Then he will help lead you through a plan based on this traditional philosophy to change and balance your space using color analysis, object placement, and other methods.
